Dog License Cases.

William Apps, Nutley-lane, beerhouse keeper, was summoned for keeping a dog without a license.
- Defendant said he had paid for a dog for 15 years. He took out the first licence in March, and had taken out every license since in the same month. He produced several licenses, all of which were dated March in their respective years. - The Mayor said the defendant ought to have taken out the license before, but the Bench would only fine him 7s 6d, and costs - ?1 in all.
